Chef Bio - Vincent Bachelot
AA's UK staff have a habit of staying at Domaine d'Orx on trips to Aquitaine - purely to test the cooking for our clients of course!
Vincent has over 12 years experience working as a chef in Paris, Morocco (5 star hotel as a consultant chef), Château de la Colaisseère (4 star château hotel de France) as in-house chef and has spent the last 6 years working as a private chef in the Landes.
He is passionate about food and works only with the freshest, local produce. He enjoys talking to clients about their menu, whether it be for a special occassion celebration meal, or a family dinner, to ensure that everyone enjoys their meal and gets exactly what they want.
Vincent loves the social side of cooking too and is more than happy to have guests who are equally passionate about food, join him in the kitchen, to help with prepping or just enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching !

Chef Bio - Dan Jackson - Alps2Atlantic
We started working with Dan in 2016 and he is one of many associates in our network who make the bi-annual migration between the Alps and south west Atlantic coast. Dan brings 15 years of experience as a holiday chef and also as head chef in a 5 Star boutique hotel.
Think of this as a 'dinner party' in your villa - Dan will agree with you a set starter / main course / dessert rather than a menu of choices.
