We've teamed up with two 'well-being' experts, based in south west France.

Charlee and Kirstie will visit you at your villa for the treatments. This is a chance for the females in the group to have some relaxing time-out - to balance the husband's surfing soujourns and outings to the golf course!

Both Charlee and Kirstie are based in the Pays Basque and would travel in that area, probably as far north as Hossegor. Please contact them directly for a full list of services, rates, bookings etc.

Kirstie Garrett is co-founder of the natural product range 'Balance Me', available in John Lewis, Boots, Waitrose and various independent stores internationally. Charlee Smith is a certified personal trainer and Sivananda yoga teacher. After training at the Sivananda yoga farm in Sierra Nevada, Charlee joined the team at the world famous celebrity boot camp, The Ashram in California. Her individual teaching style incorporates pur yoga, swiss ball toning/stretching and meditation.

One to one sessions from 75 EUR per hour. Discounts for groups and children.
