Location
Good-sized holiday house (approx. 85m2 altogether) in a residential district of Seignosse Le Penon, a short walk from the beach and cafés. It is a modern terraced property; outside hedges provide screening from neighbours.

Accommodation - downstairs
The house is set back 10m from the road (quiet, only local residents use it) and surrounded by pine trees. It is simply, tastefully decorated & furnished throughout.

The entrance leads into a high ceilinged dining room with open-plan kitchen (with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hotplate: 2 x gas and 2 x electric hobs), and attractive fire place.

Three stairs lead you down to the sitting room area with 2 armchairs and one couch, TV set, (including some UK freeview channels), DVD player.

This living area opens through French doors to the west-facing rear terrace: table and chairs on the patio and a private area of garden open onto the quiet pine forest.

Off the sitting room at the same level is a double bedroom, double (king size) bed with large cupboards. If two children are using this room a camp bed can usually be supplied on request.

Accommodation - upstairs
The stairs bring you to the first floor to another double bedroom with large windows to the forest, and a shower room.

Outside at the front of the house there is also a covered front terrace area with table & chairs, sitting area and built-in barbecue, private parking.

For babies:
Cot & highchair, baby chair for bike and indoor stairgate, available on request at booking.

Local amenities
Supermarket area, butcher and fishmonger, market, newspaper shop and nightclub 5-10 mn walking distance, open daily in the main season

In all, Maison des Candelons would suit a family or two couples, for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the beach and local amenities.
