ACCOMMODATION: Villa d'Adamenia is a well-kept and well-furnished villa with many touches which make it ideal for summer living. Tiled floors downstairs, natural fibre flooring upstairs and neutral decor give a pleasant, modern feel. The amount of equipment, standard of furnishings and space in the living areas put the house in the good-to-higher quality category; bedrooms are simpler (good quality) but nonetheless pleasant and comfortable.

There is a very spacious (approx. 100m2) open-plan downstairs room with open-plan kitchen, dining table (for up to 8) plus lounge area with fireplace, TV, DVD player and stereo. Kitchen equipment includes: range-style cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine & tumble dryer. Three sets of sliding doors on one side provide lots of light and direct access to the pool terrace area.

Five bedrooms, comprising two doubles and three singles - a further camp bed is also available in one of these. Three bedrooms are downstairs, two upstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms (a double) has a private balcony. There is also a shower room, bathroom, 2 separate toilets, plus an office with PC and Internet access for guests' use. Upstairs is also a mezzanine TV/play area.

OUTSIDE
The downstairs area curves around a large terracotta-tiled south-facing terrace with swimming pool, covered summer 'salon' & dining area and a summer kitchen with an electric plancha. The gardens around this area are very well tended. This makes a lovely outdoor living area.

At the rear of the house is a grassed lawn with views over the surrounding countryside, and small potager for guests' use containing a small selection of herbs and vegetables. At the side of the house there is off-road parking for 2 cars.
