How to Book Your Holiday With Us

STEP 1
Check availability on our website or call or email us to check. Once we have confirmed availability we can normally hold a property for up to 48 hours if you’d like to confer with friends or family
STEP 2
Call or email us if you want to go ahead and make a booking, also providing details please (if you haven't already) of the number and ages of people travelling in the group
STEP 3
To confirm a provisional booking we need, within 5 working days:
• Your completed Booking Form. Please pay special attention to conditions about Arrivals & Departures, Travel Insurance and Security Deposits.

• Your holiday deposit payment of 35%*

• You should also read our Important Information guidelines for Private Properties or for Mer & Golf Villas & Family Holiday Sites (a copy will be included in your arrival instructions).

*See booking form for payment options. Full payment is due for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival
STEP 4
We then issue you with a written confirmation/invoice for the booking. Your balance payment is due 8 weeks before the start of your rental. Arrival instructions will be sent to you at least 2-3 weeks beforehand.

It is a requirement of our booking terms and conditions that you take travel insurance to protect yourself and your family (and we also recommend protecting your car if you are driving your own vehicle into France). If you're renting a privately owned property (i.e. any property other than a Mer & Golf villa, Seaside Apartment or Holiday Lodge) you will also need to be sure that your policy covers you for personal liability in case of accidental major damage to that property. If you need to purchase cover, we recommend you contact Voyager Insurance by clicking on the link top right.
