2011 Results

Each year we send out an on-line questionnaire to every client who takes a holiday with us just after they get back, and about 3 out of 10 respond. This year again the results are very satisfying.

We work extremely hard to match clients with the right destinations and the right properties, and to ensure everything is as it should be when clients arrive. We think the results show that.

And we're always saying what a wonderful area to go on holiday Aquitaine is. Happily our clients agree!

Clients like the choice we offer, and trust our judgement. And on the very rare occasions when things aren't quite as expected, clients are reassured to know we will step in immediately to sort things out wherever possible.
